Terms of Service

By accessing and placing an order with NOCZI, you confirm that you agree to the following terms.

GENERAL
All prices are listed in USD. NOCZI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Product images are for illustration; actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

ORDERS
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours by emailing admin@noczi.com. After processing begins, orders cannot be modified.

PRICING & PAYMENT
NOCZI reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NOCZI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
