Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your NOCZI purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

Due to hygiene reasons, we strongly recommend checking our size chart before ordering. We cannot accept returns for incorrect size choices unless the item is defective.

HOW TO RETURN
Email us at admin@noczi.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Final sale items cannot be refunded.
